HR Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
- Support onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
- Maintain accurate employee records, files, and HR databases.
- Assist in payroll preparation by collecting attendance, leave, and related data.
- Help coordinate training and employee development initiatives.
- Handle HR correspondence and documentation as required.
- Support employee engagement and HR projects.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Australian employment regulations.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR or administrative support roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software systems.
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
