Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, research, and outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and pitches to clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met efficiently.
- Track and report on sales performance, leads, and market trends.
- Stay updated with industry developments and competitor activities.
- Attend networking events, conferences, and business meetings as required.
- Support marketing initiatives to promote company services and enhance brand visibility.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
